Welcome to Small Business Advisors LLC. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use and Disclosure.

 

Small Business Advisors LLC is a loan brokerage firm specializing in assisting businesses and individuals in acquiring financing solutions from lenders. We are not a direct lender, nor do we guarantee approval of loans or specific loan terms.

 

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

• Authorize us to share your information with potential lenders to identify suitable financing options.

• Review and comply with the terms of any agreements or offers presented by lenders.

 

Our compensation is derived as follows:

• Referral fee directly from lender or bank.

• Fees are disclosed upfront and documented in the Loan Approval Agreement.

 

Your information is kept confidential and is only shared with lenders or partners as necessary to provide our services.

 

We comply with applicable data privacy laws to safeguard your personal and business information.

 

We do not guarantee that your loan application will be approved or that you will receive specific loan terms or amounts. Loan approval is determined solely by the lender based on their underwriting criteria.

 

You represent that the funds obtained through our services will be used for lawful purposes.

It is your responsibility to review and understand all loan agreements before signing.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Small Business Advisors LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from:

• Decisions made by lenders.

• Misrepresentation of information by the Client.

• Any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of loan terms by the Client.

 

Loan terms, including rates, fees, and repayment terms, are determined by the lender and are subject to change.

 

We may receive compensation from lenders for successfully closed loans. This does not influence our commitment to finding the best solutions for you.

 

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time by providing written notice. All outstanding obligations, including payment for services rendered, must be fulfilled.

 

These Terms of Use and Disclosure are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Rhode Island.
